🎙️ 1. Voice Selection

Simone now speaks to you with the voice of your choice.

Until now, your assistant's voice was fixed. Now, you can select from multiple voices so Simone sounds exactly how you imagine — softer, more dynamic, more neutral, or simply different depending on your mood.

This feature is particularly appreciated for voice messages: choose a voice that resembles you or that matches how you use Simone (coaching, journaling, productivity...). A simple but powerful way to make the experience even more personal.

How to activate it?
Go to your profile settings and select your preferred voice in the Voice Preferences section.

⚡ 2. Slash Commands

No more long phrasings — slash commands are here to get straight to the point.

Simply type / in your conversation to display a menu of quick commands. With one click, you directly access the most useful features without having to write a complete sentence.

Our interface has been redesigned to focus on the essentials, with two main commands:

/account — Quickly access all information about your account, quota, and subscription
/recharge — Instantly recharge your account in a few clicks without leaving WhatsApp

You can also use:

/mode — To easily switch between different AI model levels
/points — See your point balance and rewards
/trade — Exchange your points for a subscription

Slash commands are designed to give you total control over your Simone experience, directly from the conversation, without ever leaving WhatsApp. A real time-saver in your daily life.

More messages or more reflection? With the /mode command, you choose the quality of Simone's responses according to your current needs.

We've simplified the modes for a more intuitive experience:

⚡ Fast — Quick chat, translations, jokes. Up to 20x more messages. Perfect for light and instant exchanges.
💬 Normal (default mode) — Conversations, summaries, advice. Up to 10x more messages. The ideal balance for daily use.
🔒 Pro — The most advanced level, available from the Mini plan. For complex analyses requiring deep reflection.

The interface also shows you in real-time your remaining message balance for the day and week, allowing you to choose the level best suited to your available quota.

Simply type /mode in your conversation to access this menu at any time.

📊 4. View Your Usage

Type /account in your conversation and Simone instantly displays a complete summary of your consumption, directly in the chat.

In a single response, you get:

👤 My account — your active plan (Free, Mini, Plus...) and your current AI mode (Fast, Normal, Pro)
📅 Daily quota — the number of messages used today against your daily limit, and the time remaining before reset
📆 Weekly quota — your consumption for the week and the reset date

Simone also suggests useful commands for direct action: /recharge to top up your account, or /mode to switch to Fast, Normal, or Pro depending on your current needs.

No need to search through menus or a separate application: all your usage information is accessible with one word, right where you're already chatting.

Out of quota? Type /recharge and Simone offers you several ways to continue chatting, depending on your situation.

The simplified interface first indicates your remaining balance of free recharges for the month, then presents you with four options:

🎁 Special offers — Take advantage of current promotions, such as 7 free days of Plus. The perfect opportunity to test the higher plan without commitment.
⚡ Free recharge — Reset your daily quota instantly, at no cost. You have a limited number of free recharges per month.
💰 Buy credits — Purchase additional credits on demand, without changing your subscription. Convenient for occasional usage spikes.
⬆️ Subscribe — Upgrade to a higher plan to get more messages, images, and voice every day, permanently.
