Delete Your Account

You can delete your Simone account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, conversations, memories and creations.

How to delete your account

1. Send an email to legal@simone.app with the subject line "Account deletion", from the email or with the phone number linked to your Simone account.
2. We verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days, in accordance with the GDPR.
3. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What is deleted

• Your profile and account information
• All conversation history with Simone
• Memories, journal entries and generated media
• Billing data (retained where legally required)
