Data Deletion Requests

You can request the deletion of some or all of the personal data associated with your Simone account, without deleting your whole account.

How to submit a request

1. Email legal@simone.app with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Specify which data you want deleted: conversations, memories, generated media, or everything.
3. We verify your identity and process the request within 30 days, in accordance with the GDPR.
